I was initially attracted by their £85 kitten vaccine package. I registered my kittens three times and on every occasion the information wasn’t saved properly. I finally did it over the phone and booked the date. By the time I got there, the price had increased to £110, but I paid the old rate since it was advertised when I booked. The issue I had with them was that despite registering, their dates of birth were wrong and so was my name. It took two more corrections to get it right. I also wasn’t very impressed with the overall service: from registration to the actual appointment, there were a lot of mistakes. Anyway… moving on. I wanted to vaccinate my cats with the anti-rabies vaccine, so I called and they quoted £110 (£115 on their website price list) per cat! I booked, but I had a feeling that I was getting robbed in broad daylight. It took ChatGPT and a two-minute search to find a clinic that does the anti-rabies vaccine for £57. I also asked how much their annual booster is — they do it for £55, while Easypet charges £75. I’ve just returned from the clinic… impeccable service from beginning to end. I think I’ve found my new favourite clinic.

I have been with this vets for the past couple of years since moving into the area. The best thing about this surgery is the receptionists which i can say are hands down amazing and so so sweet with the animals. In terms of veterinary care, it’s rare you will see a qualified vet and instead a veterinary nurse whilst paying premium costs. My cat had a long term health condition but they insist on seeing her and taking blood despite this causing my cat huge levels of distress (she’s an elderly frail house cat) i have explained this on multiple occasions, not to mention ruin the fact that it’s £250 per blood test even if they change her medication by just 1mg. Without the blood test and consultation (around £340) they refuse to re-prescribe the lifesaving medication my cat needs. When i challenged them on this saying it feels like I’m being held ransom to keep my cat well, i had a very young, arguably inexperienced veterinary nurse suggest that i should ‘surrender’ my 17yr old cat to ‘someone that can afford her’. As an NHS worker, the suggestion of this goes against all what we stand for. There was no consideration to perhaps looking into a cheaper option, a different vet, a subsidised service etc. the answer was essentially ‘just give her up’. Which to me is wildly ignorant given how full the shelters are in London, quite shocking advice from veterinary staff in a London clinic. I won’t lie, given my high running emotions i lost my ability to see sense and told her what i thought of this idea and just left. Since then i have not been provided with the lifesaving medication prescription that my elderly cat needs which kind of goes to show that again, services from this vet are subject to random and are not based on ethics or the animal’s best interest. On this basis, i would strongly suggest you find an alternative. The reception ladies are so wonderfully kind that you’d be fooled into thinking this attitude and philosophy runs through the whole surgery but that’s not the case. When the vet told me i should give up the cat if i couldn’t afford the vet fees, i tearfully challenged back that perhaps they should instead consider lowering the fees given how extortionate they are - she said she doesn’t set the prices AKA “computer says no”. Really easy answer, jobsworth. Rightly or wrongly, having been an NHS worker for 15+years, there’s situations in which you do everything you can to help and tiptoe around the red tape. This sugary won’t do that for you. If you aren’t middle class with a regular, steadily high income, don’t bother. No one needs their animals treatment to be held at ransom because you don’t have a few hundred quid just sitting in your back pocket to hand over. Give them a wide birth. 0/10

Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic has been incredibly frustrating. I been trying book appointments for my cats and they keep cancelling them. Even tho, the receptionist seems very kind and helpful. It’s disappointing that regular paying customers seem to get prioritized for appointments, while those on the Pet Plan—including me—face constant cancellations and delays. To top it off, I’ve been charged twice (on 17 June and 28 July) without receiving any valid or completed services. I hope the clinic addresses this issue—Pet Plan subscribers deserve the same level of reliability and care as other clients!!!

Always an excellent experience at Easipetcare - Streatham. Reception staff are friendly and the Vet is great in explaining important matters about our cat and they all make him feel comfortable with any care given. Would highly recommend this Vet and this branch.

Highly recommend. This team is simply amazing. Warm. Welcoming. Non-judgemental. Never judged me about choosing a pug as my baby pet. Giving me options. Not just trying to make money on me.

Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We took in a pregnant stray cat and easipetcare's team helped us at every step of the way. Any concerns or worries we had were expertly handled and explained, and they were more than happy to point us in the direction of other trusted vets when they were fully booked or closed. They genuinely care about the wellbeing of animals and it shows. Otis and her 3 kittens wouldn't be in such a good place without them ☺️
