From the moment I called until I picked him up (and even calling for a basic question) I cannot put into words how amazing Veteris are. They gave me sound, solid advice. Arranged for emergency hospitalisation. A choice of two places to go to. All on a weekend. Was it pricey? I would say that it is in the reasonable end of price range. Any kind of emergency work is going to cost. I got regular updates over the 24 hours he was with them, a full handover before and after pick up, a full breakdown of costs before, during and after treatment. No pushy extra add-on’s. Honestly, one of the best services I’ve ever received. My boy was lovingly taken care of and I cannot express my thanks. Big love Veteris and all the people at Shoreditch.

The nurse that come out was very nice we took Bella to our own vets the following day and found out that her kidneys was failing which gave her the seizure so my vet said that she would have a chance so we done what was right by Bella and put her to sleep so she is out of pain and at rest . Thank you so much for coming out to her very quickly and trying to do what you could ,I will be forever grateful 🙏 Thank you Mrs kelleher (Bellas mummy ) xxx

A really prompt, kind, and helpful team. They came round for a home visit (which I didn't even know was an option!) on an evening when we were really concerned about our cat, and the vet was wonderful. They were also really great about checking in on how he was doing after he'd been treated. A really fanulous team :)

Kind, responsive, fast and effective treatment from Natasha, top vet Erwan and the team at Veteris. Our cat could have ended up in a life compromising condition, but Erwan diagnosed her at home, treated her and made sure we understood what to do next. So grateful, thank you so much, highly recommended

We just lost our beautiful tuxedo cat, Madison, on the 20th March. She was nearly 15 years old but recently got ill. We just wanted to thank Ellie & Vinh, the vets who came to our home to try to help her. You were both amazing. And thank you to Alfonso who was there at the hospital when we arrived at 2am. Thank you so much Alfonso & Urte for taking care of our Maddy whilst she was there. To Alfonso for coming in to see her one last time & to Urte for being there for us when we said goodbye to her. I can't remember everyone's names, but everyone who dealt with us, on the phone & at the hospital, you have been wonderful. You are all so knowledgeable, compassionate & patient - such special human beings. We can't thank you enough for everything you did for us & our beloved Maddy.

Very helpful services friendly, kind receptionist on the phone and helpful doctor he was very good at his job, competent and having sufficient skill, knowledge and done his best to help my cat.
