Pricing
A very limited amount of published pricing suggests the clinic may sit above average, but this is based on very few comparable services.
- •The published out-of-hours consultation fee is £130.
- •Reviews are mixed in tone on cost: one owner describes early visits as free apart from optional extras such as flea treatment or supplements, and says a kitten castration came in below the original quote.
- •Another recent reviewer describes the clinic as good value for money.
People
Recent reviews name Charlotte, Dr. Michael Kean, Laura, Andrea, and Lorraine. Reviewers describe the vets as knowledgeable, patient, kind, and calm with nervous or feisty pets, and they also praise a friendly, helpful reception team.

Google rating: 4.6/5 from 187 reviews.
- •Recent feedback is strongly positive about the vets’ manner, with repeated praise for patient, gentle handling and clear knowledge during appointments.
- •Cats that are nervous, elderly, or “spicy” come up more than once in reviews, with owners saying the team handled them calmly and reassuringly.
- •Practical service is another theme: reviewers mention easy online booking, being seen promptly, helpful email advice, and friendly reception staff.
- •There is also one 1-star review describing a very serious complaint about a dog allegedly being injured during a check-up, which stands apart from the otherwise positive recent feedback.
